Radar Level Sensor
WXR109
Features
- Non-contact radar technology is characterized by extremely high accuracy
- The user-friendly adjustment without vessel filling and emptying saves time.
- Corrosive liquid
The radar level meter may be fitted in a variety of metal and non-metal containers and pipes due to its large detection range and low beam energy. It works well in situations where there is steam, inert gas, dust, and water mist. The radar level meter is safe for both the environment and humans to use. Its benefits include not requiring on-site calibration, being unaffected by changes in the dielectric constant, and not being impacted by the specific gravity of the medium.
01
Introduction to Radar level meter for corrosive liquid
The meter picks up the reflection when the product surface reflects the pulse. Subsequently, the apparatus computes the pulse return time and converts that interval into a level measurement. Radar signals sent from the antenna at the top of the tank are used to determine the liquid's (or solid's) level. The antenna receives the echo after the liquid surface reflects the radar signal. Because of the frequency variation in the signal, the echo is slightly different. The radar level transmitter is safe for both the environment and humans to use. Its benefits include not requiring on-site calibration, being unaffected by changes in the dielectric constant, and not being impacted by the specific gravity of the medium. In many industrial applications, radar level measurement is a very precise and dependable way to determine the level of liquids or solids. This method measures the distance between the surface of the substance being measured and the radar sensor using electromagnetic waves.

Uses of Radar level
transmitter
Treatment of Water and Wastewater: Tank Level Monitoring: Maintaining ideal levels in processing and storage tanks. Tracking the flow rates in channels and weirs is known as open channel flow measurement. Gas and Oil: Tank Farm Management: Monitoring stock levels in huge storage tanks. Separator Vessels.

03
Application of Radar level transmitter
Water and Wastewater Treatment: For keeping an eye on the water levels in treatment facilities, reservoirs, and tanks. Gas and oil: For gauging the levels in separators, storage tanks, and other process vessels. Food and Beverage: To keep an eye on the quantities of components, fillers, and final goods.
Principle of Radar level meter for corrosive liquid
The guided wave radar emits high-frequency microwave pulses that travel along steel rods or cables for detection. These pulses come into contact with the media to be measured, and because the mutation’s dielectric constant causes reflections, some of the pulse energy is reflected back. The relationship between the transmitted pulse and the reflected pulse depends on the measured media’s distance and time interval.
